CLARKSON/SOMERLY
Clarkson has emerged as the commercial centre of the outer northern suburbs.
In October 2004, it became the terminus of the main northern railway line.
The suburb contains the Ocean Keys shopping center, Train Station and public housing.
Since 2002 a new estate was created called Somerly this is considered the newer part of Clarkson and has some beautifully designed parks.

KINROSS Kinross is a small suburb in the City of Joondalup, located 32 kms north of Perth.

QUINNS ROCKS is an established coastal suburb, located approximately 40 km north of Perth.
It was named after the rocky offshore reef during a survey begun by Robert Quin.
The general area on the coast opposite the rocks is also referred to as Quinns Rocks.
The pristine Quinns beach invites to surf, swim, beachwalk and beachfun of all kind.
